• Assist in the negotiation, preparation, and management of contracts, which include Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), Subcontract Agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Task Orders (TOs), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs).
• Aid in overseeing various government contract types, such as Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time & Materials (T&M), Cost Plus, and hybrid contracts.
• Draft formal contract correspondence and help guarantee adherence to contract terms and conditions, as well as federal and state regulations and internal policies.
• Review and manage contract awards, modifications, closeouts, and associated documentation.
• Support proposal and capture teams with Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by conducting compliance reviews, preparing proposal documentation, and maintaining an audit trail.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, accounting, pricing, business development, operations, and program teams to facilitate contract administration activities.
• Keep organized contract files and ensure documentation is completed in line with FAR, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Interpret contract provisions and offer guidance to internal stakeholders concerning contractual obligations and requirements.
• Prepare and distribute contracts and related documents to customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Assist with additional contract and compliance tasks as necessary.
• 2–7 years of experience in contracts administration or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of FAR and/or DFARS.
• Experience in reviewing, drafting, or managing contractual documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Good judgment and the ability to operate within company policies and regulatory requirements.
