• Oversee and ensure the smooth operation, efficient HR administration, scheduled maintenance, and customer relations for all Over the Counter (OTC) and Cost Per Ton (CPT) activities.
• Procure and source OTC inventory.
• Place orders for all outsourced and refurbished inventory and follow up with suppliers accordingly.
• Conduct stock reconciliation in designated stockrooms.
• Track inventory metrics such as forecast accuracy, fill rate, and OSMI.
• Monitor and manage monthly departmental budgetary expenditures.
• Organize all departmental administrative tasks (including documenting and reporting parts usage, compiling overtime sheets for approval, and recording safety hazards/incidents).
• Keep onsite personnel records updated and maintained.
• Track and recover costs associated with financial department invoices.
• Provide backup support for team members across all business operations.
• Perform administrative tasks to ensure compliance with site and legal regulations.
• Grade 12 / Equivalent qualification.
• Relevant post-matric qualification (considered an advantage).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration.
• Proficiency in computer skills (Excel spreadsheets, graphical presentations, charts).
• Familiarity with Maximo, SAP, or similar maintenance software.
• Proficient in English.
