This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and uphold content calendars for various creator and brand accounts.
• Manage daily postings and scheduling across different platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and X.
• Craft captivating captions, post copy, and short-form content that resonate with each brand's voice and target audience.
• Assist in campaigns related to partnerships, product launches, or brand collaborations.
• Participate in client calls, serving as a communication link between clients (Nick, Caleb, and leadership) and the creative team.
• Gather feedback from meetings and convert it into actionable tasks for editors, designers, and copywriters.
• Monitor all content and project deliverables within ClickUp to ensure accountability and timely completion.
• Discover opportunities to enhance posting consistency, workflow efficiency, and content effectiveness.
• Proven experience in social media management, content posting, or creative project coordination.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and managing multiple accounts at the same time.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to adapt to fast-paced creative settings.
• Bonus: Knowledge of scheduling tools (Metricool, Later, Planable, etc.) is a plus.
• Timezone preference: US or overlapping hours, with California timezone being ideal.
