Content Creator, Strategist – LinkedIn

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Master the LinkedIn Algorithm: Enhance every post for optimal "Dwell Time," engagement metrics, and the ideal "Golden Hour" for reaching audiences on LinkedIn. Utilize the latest updates to maximize organic visibility.

• Team Coordination: Plan and supervise content generated by the broader team, ensuring that each piece of material (from thought-leadership articles to PDF carousels) follows a narrative that's ready to go viral.

• Video Production & Performance: Represent the brand or guide our leaders on-camera. You are adept at producing both "Lo-Fi" authentic clips and "Hi-Fi" professional brand videos.

• Comprehensive Editing: Perform high-level video editing (including captions, hooks, and pacing) and graphic design (such as visual identity and eye-catching thumbnails) that capture attention in a corporate landscape.

• The 90-Day Initiative: Initiate and refine a content series specifically aimed at achieving a viral breakthrough and significantly expanding our follower count within your initial three months.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in expanding a personal or brand presence on LinkedIn.

• A solid portfolio showcasing short-form video content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts style tailored for a professional audience).

• Proficiency in graphic design for LinkedIn-specific formats (including Carousels, Newsletters, and Image posts).

• In-depth knowledge of "Social Selling" and building brand authority.

• Minimum Technical and Work Environment Specifications:

• Internet Connection: Primary connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.

• Backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during power outages.

• Primary Device: Desktop or laptop with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor with a minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Backup Device: Must perform at or above the level of an Intel Core i3 processor and be operational during power interruptions.

• Peripherals and Workspace: A working webcam, a noise-canceling USB headset, a quiet, dedicated home office, and a smartphone for communication and verification.
