Content Creator – Instagram

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a rapid short-form video strategy across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. You will be responsible for crafting the hook, scripting, and retention strategies that drive algorithmic distribution of our content.

• Create, launch, and expand our Creator Program from inception. This involves designing incentive structures, producing "Virality Playbooks," and establishing the framework to manage a network of external creators.

• Offer strategic insights on key assets—including website headlines, campaign visuals, and landing page designs—ensuring a unified, conversion-oriented narrative across all platforms.

• Recognize and act on emerging cultural and platform trends early, adapting them to our B2B niche before they become oversaturated, thereby maintaining our status as an innovative market leader.

• Go beyond superficial metrics. You will evaluate watch-time statistics and drop-off points to continuously refine formats, focusing on what enhances follower growth and accelerates the pipeline.

• You possess a strong track record (backed by case studies) of growing accounts and achieving millions of views through effective short-form video strategies.

• You have experience in recruiting, onboarding, and managing creators or influencers, transitioning from one-off posts to long-term performance collaborations.

• You are adept in narrative tension and retention editing, knowing how to capture attention within the first 1.5 seconds.

• You understand how to make professional services engaging without compromising brand credibility or institutional trust.

• You proactively identify market opportunities, script solutions, and manage production independently without waiting for a content calendar.

• You leverage metrics to support your creative instincts, recognizing that achieving "virality" often requires a human touch that can't be captured by data alone.

• You conceptualize in terms of "franchises" rather than "posts," creating repeatable content formats that scale and compound over time.

• You consistently study platform updates and creator psychology to discover the next incremental advantage in distribution.
