This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Inspire millions to explore Studio AI by crafting engaging faceless short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts that achieves extensive reach.

• You will be responsible for posting multiple times daily across all accounts you oversee. You control the formats, hooks, and angles, ensuring that every post attracts views and directs traffic to Studio AI.

• You possess a deep understanding of what drives significant reach on these platforms, including rage bait, controversy, provocative hooks, memes, engagement bait, trending audio, and story-driven shorts. Your content elicits reactions, shares, discussions, tags, and saves, rather than being passively scrolled past.

• Manage various faceless accounts, each tailored to a specific niche and audience. Oversee the posting frequency, visual branding, and growth strategies for each account. Continuously test, eliminate underperforming content, and amplify successful strategies. Create a repository of effective formats and a playbook that builds on itself over time.

• Develop a network of reposters and remixers who will disseminate your successful content, either by reposting it or by creating their own interpretations of the same idea. Expand distribution from your accounts to numerous others.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have successfully developed faceless accounts from the ground up to over 50K followers on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube. You can provide evidence of the accounts, the content created, and the growth achieved.

• You think strategically about hooks and understand the distinction between content that is viewed and content that is shared. You are well-versed in outrage, curiosity, tribal identity, humor, and know how to engage the right audience on each platform.

• You produce content rapidly, transforming ideas into live posts in under 20 minutes. Proficient in CapCut or equivalent software, you handle text overlays, trending audio, transitions, and platform-specific formats with speed and efficiency.

• You understand how to scale successful content. You analyze what made a post successful, convert it into a repeatable format, create scalable variations, and build the accompanying playbook.

• You are adept at tracking essential metrics, including platform analytics, UTMs, and attribution. You identify which content truly drives traffic to Studio AI, rather than merely noting which pieces garnered views.
