This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Edit long-form, documentary-style project episodes incorporating talking heads, floor plans, sketches, and project media.
• Identify and extract high-quality short-form content from each episode.
• Produce graphics, thumbnails, captions, and publishing assets.
• Format content for YouTube-style long-form, 9:16 vertical, and 16:9 horizontal formats.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Schedule and publish content on relevant platforms.
• Contribute to monthly social media and content strategies.
• Generate ideas for educational and tips-style content related to architecture, construction, planning, feasibility, budgeting, and project processes.
• Create project posts, carousels, educational graphics, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Draft captions, titles, hooks, descriptions, and thumbnail concepts that align with the company's voice.
• Review social performance and offer practical recommendations.
• Apply platform-specific best practices.
• Transform company topics or prompts into multiple pieces of usable content.
• Maintain an organized library of raw footage, completed content, drawings, renders, imagery, and brand assets.
• Progressively source and organize project materials, including Revit plans, elevations, 3D views, screen recordings, renders, diagrams, and sketch-style overlays.
• Assist in keeping the company's content engine active through sourcing, editing, repurposing, content creation, publishing, performance review, and brand building.
• Experience in editing long-form documentary-style video and short-form social content.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or Descript for video editing.
• Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite for graphics and static content.
• Strong written English skills.
• Comfortable representing an Australian professional services brand.
• Extensive knowledge of social media.
• Strong habits in file and folder management.
• A keen sense of brand and visual presentation.
• Ability to propose ideas and content direction.
• Capability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Technical confidence and a willingness to learn.
• Exposure to architecture/design software such as Revit is advantageous, though not required from day one.
• 100% remote work.
• Monday to Friday working schedule.
• Observance of Australian Public Holidays.
