Consultor(a) SAP SuccessFactors PMGM SR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide support for the AMS of the PMGM (Performance & Goals Management) module within SAP SuccessFactors;

• Address, analyze, and resolve tickets/incidents related to the PMGM module;

• Configure, set up, and maintain performance evaluation and goal cycles;

• Assist in the design, testing, and rollout of enhancements and updates to the module;

• Conduct troubleshooting for processes, integrations, and business rules;

• Develop and update functional and technical documentation concerning PMGM processes;

• Offer guidance and training to end-users, HR analysts, and managers;

• Collaborate with business areas, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and propose solutions;

• Ensure the module's compliance with the client's HR policies and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors – Performance & Goals (PMGM) module;

• Previous work in AMS support environments;

• Strong knowledge in configuration, setup of evaluation cycles, goal definitions, templates, workflows, and PMGM rules;

• Experience in gathering requirements and analyzing performance evaluation processes;

• Familiarity with SuccessFactors integrations (Integration Center, APIs, connectors);

• Ability to create and update functional and technical documentation;

• Skill in problem analysis and proposing effective solutions;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Strong organizational skills, focus, and teamwork capabilities.

• SAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification;

• Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Compensation, Learning);

• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency;
