This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Perform ongoing services that encompass the processing of the client's entire SAP Solution environment.
• Engage in support activities, operations, monitoring, maintenance, configuration, and post-installation of all SAP products for the client.
• Maintain and execute backup and restoration routines when necessary;
• Open tickets, service requests, incidents, problems, and services as required;
• Conduct environment availability analysis, identifying trends, causes, risks, and issuing technical reports and opinions;
• Apply the "Run SAP Like a Factory" (RSLAF) methodology to ensure comprehensive monitoring of SAP systems;
• Monitor ordinary and extraordinary processing flows (BATCH/ONLINE);
• Identify deviations in system behavior (BATCH/ONLINE) by checking situations such as increased/decreased execution time, abnormal terminations, and other exceptional cases, issuing technical opinions and proposing improvements;
• Execute STOP/START of applications, routines, tools, or suspend/interrupt processing for scheduled maintenance;
• Create, maintain, and document routines to support the production process;
• Parameterize products and tools to assist in production analysis, such as SAP Solution Management (SOLMAN) and Introscope, to aid in problem diagnosis and IT service management;
• Develop, maintain, enhance, and document monitors, dashboards, panels, and alerts related to SAP environments to enable tracking and management of IT services;
• Continuously analyze routines, programs, transactions, and servers to propose improvements, corrections, and adjustments focusing on performance and efficiency;
• Participate in planning and creating schedules for system implementation and/or maintenance;
• Automate the creation of tickets, incidents, problems, and services whenever possible;
• Ensure the availability of databases and systems within defined days and times;
• Address changes and service requests;
• Transfer knowledge to the CAIXA team or to any third party designated by the company's interest when requested;
• Monitor Infrastructure during integrated testing, regression testing, performance testing, load testing, and data migration;
• Execute other tasks of the same nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any higher education degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.
• DESIRABLE CERTIFICATION: SAP Certified Technology Associate – System Administration (SAP BASIS).
• 3 years of experience in technical administration of SAP BASIS environments, including installation, upgrades, performance, and maintenance of SAP systems.
• Knowledge of: Environments: SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, SAP Fiori, SAP Solution Manager; Infrastructure: Windows Server, Linux RedHat/SUSE, AIX; Databases: HANA, Oracle, DB2; Tools: SWPM, SUM, SPAM, SAINT, SNOTE, BR*Tools; Monitoring: ST02, ST06, SM21, ST22, ST03N, SM50, SM66, SolMan, Introscope; Transport management via TMS; Technical security: SAPRouter, digital certificates, roles, and access profiles.
