This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as a specialist in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM);
• Manage complex incidents, defects, and change requests;
• Configure and implement enhancements in SAP SF Recruiting;
• Support troubleshooting of SAP CPI integrations;
• Work on the design and optimization of recruitment workflows;
• Handle recruitment integrations, such as background checks and job boards;
• Configure and customize XML templates;
• Assist in the configuration of Career Sites and employer branding initiatives;
• Work with Requisition Templates, Candidate Profiles, Interview Central, and Offer Management;
• Engage in performance analysis and data consistency checks;
• Support quarterly releases of SAP SuccessFactors;
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team and clients;
• Lead meetings, workshops, and technical discussions with clients;
• Ensure alignment between business processes and solution design;
• Support governance and continuous improvement of Recruiting processes;
• Perform other routines within the area.
• Solid experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM);
• Experience with L3 support and enhancements;
• Knowledge of recruitment workflows;
• Experience with Recruitment integrations;
• Knowledge in customizing XML templates;
• Experience with Career Site configuration;
• Familiarity with SAP CPI and troubleshooting integrations;
• Knowledge of ITIL (Incident, Problem, and Change Management);
• Experience managing critical incidents and complex changes;
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills;
• Ability to provide technical and functional leadership;
• SAP certification is mandatory;
• A completed degree is required.
• Preferred: Advanced experience with Requisition Templates and candidate management;
• Strong knowledge of Interview Central and Offer Management;
• Experience with process automation and integrations;
• Experience serving as SME in Recruiting processes;
• Experience leading workshops and solution design.
