Consultor SAP SuccessFactors – Sênior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Time Management.

• Manage data integration and migration between SuccessFactors EC and SAP S/4HANA.

• Assist in defining and refining integration rules, mappings, and data loads.

• Provide support for global rollout and local needs in Brazil.

• Collaborate with global teams and participate in workshops for requirement gathering.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).

• Background in implementation, rollout, or HR transformation projects.

• Experience with data migration and integration processes.

• Knowledge of EC to SAP S/4HANA integrations (BIB/Web Services) - Advantageous.

• Experience with Employee Central Payroll or HCM - Advantageous.

• Familiarity with Time Management - Advantageous.

• Language proficiency: Spanish.
