Consultor SAP SuccessFactors, ECP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions.

• Design the technical solution based on client requirements.

• Configure business rules within the system.

• Coordinate activities with the project team and project manager.

• Manage client relationships, including incident resolution.

• Identify risks and propose preventive measures.

• Train end users when required by the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in SAP HCM, specializing in Payroll.

• Experience in payroll implementation (mandatory).

• Ideal background in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (not mandatory but highly valued).

• Strong technical profile with process logic and structured thinking.

• Ability to work independently and result-oriented.

• Intermediate English proficiency desirable (not mandatory).
