This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide functional and technical support for SAP processes (SD) and (MM), including order management, deliveries, billing, purchasing, invoice processing, and payments.
• Configure and maintain SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules to meet business requirements related to order fulfillment and purchasing.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into SAP solutions, particularly in logistics execution, purchasing, and financial integration.
• Support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA functionalities for OTC and P2P cycles.
• Collaborate with business areas to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and deliver process improvements.
• Identify and resolve issues related to order processing, purchasing, and integration points between SD, MM, and FI modules. Knowledge of EDI is essential.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
• Conduct training sessions for users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective system usage.
• Stay updated on innovations in SAP S/4HANA, particularly in SD and MM modules, and recommend best practices for continuous improvement.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an SAP SD/OTC consultant and intermediate level in MM/P2P, with practical involvement in configuring and supporting order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
• Advanced/fluent English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, including integration between SD, MM, and FI modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA public cloud will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and design effective SAP solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in user training and documentation creation.
• Understanding of purchasing, logistics execution, and financial processes within SAP.
• Preferably experienced in ITIL methodology.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, or similar) for ticket management.
• Degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Desirable: Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP Fiori applications for purchasing and sales, or SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in purchasing and sales processes.
• Knowledge of analysis and reporting in SAP S/4HANA.
