Consultor SAP IS-U Device Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominica.

📋 Description

• Engage in the SAP IS-U Device Management sector within the SAP S/4HANA Utilities project.

• Support the management processes for devices, meters, and measurement equipment.

• Work with processes related to the installation, replacement, removal, maintenance, and reading of devices.

• Conduct functional analyses, parametrizations, testing, and validations.

• Assist with integrations involving Billing, Customer Service, Work Management, AMI, and external systems.

• Participate in integrated testing, approval, cutover, and go-live activities.

• Collaborate with functional teams, technical teams, and business areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with SAP IS-U Device Management / IS-U DM.

• Knowledge in device management, reading, installation, replacement, and maintenance.

• Experience in utilities processes, preferably in the electrical sector.

• Background in SAP IS-U projects.

• Familiarity with integrations involving Billing, Customer Service, and Work Management.

• Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
