Consultor SAP HCM, PY

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide technical and functional consultancy in support of applications, delivering specialized guidance and effective solutions.

• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation related to the services provided.

• Manage daily tickets and priorities, ensuring adherence to established deadlines.

• Maintain clear and efficient communication with internal and external teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

• Understand the Human Resources process flows and the architecture of SAP HCM, particularly in the payroll module (Brazil PY).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or Business Administration.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles, focusing on the SAP HCM PY module.

• Experience in configuring and parameterizing SAP HCM.

• Basic knowledge of LSMW, interface development, BAPIs, Batch Input, Sapscripts, Smartforms, ALV reports, and standard reports.

• Familiarity with ABAP, object-oriented programming (OO), BSP, and Workflow.

• Advanced English will be considered an asset.
