Consultor SAP Data Archiving

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Execute and configure SAP Data Archiving processes.

• Analyze rapidly growing tables and identify archiving objects with potential for reduction.

• Set up archiving objects and writing/deletion variants in SAP.

• Configure or support integration with OpenText / SAP Content Server, as per defined scope.

• Ensure that archived data can be accessed by end users.

• Monitor archiving jobs to prevent impact on daily operations.

• Assist in the technical preparation of the environment for SAP S/4HANA.

• Work based on established archiving guidelines and strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent and verifiable experience in SAP Data Archiving.

• At least 3 implementations/projects in Data Archiving, preferably on a large scale.

• Hands-on experience in configuration, not just coordination or supervision.

• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.

• Knowledge of SAP Basis.

• Experience with SAP HANA.

• Familiarity with OpenText / SAP Content Server.

• Experience in Cloud environments.

• Understanding of database analysis and table growth.

• Preferred experience in banking or organizations with high transaction volumes.

• Intermediate English, primarily for technical documentation.

• Full-time availability and overlap with Mexico's time zone.
