This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Responding to service requests and enhancements within Support

• Development of analytical solutions

• Understanding of demand

• Design and development of the solution

• Unit Testing

• Documentation and updating of service tools for handling requests

• Adherence to agreed SLA

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Workflow Modeling (SWDD)

• Creation and maintenance of workflow templates (WS), tasks (TS), and definition of flows

• Business Object Repository (BOR): Creation/Modification of business objects (SWO1) for events and methods, along with knowledge in ABAP Classes for workflow

• Events and Triggering: Configuration of events to initiate workflows and control of terminating events

• Agents and Rules (Rule Resolution): Definition of agent rules (PFAC) and approval determination rules (responsibilities)

• Container and Binding: Data mapping between the workflow, tasks, and methods (data binding)

• Workflow Debugging: Advanced skills in SWI1, SWU_OBUF, and debugging of BOR/Classes methods

• Knowledge in Flexible Workflow

• In-depth knowledge of ABAP programming, Reports, ALV, Module Pool, Enhancements, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, BADI, EXIT, RFC, Fiori, CDS View, odata, and Eclipse
