This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Functionally engage with SAP SD, LE, and LE-TRA modules;
• Lead activities related to the OTC (Order to Cash) process;
• Facilitate implementations and support for SAP Logistics Execution and Transportation Management solutions;
• Assist in improving sales and logistics processes;
• Collaborate with SAP integrations and other corporate applications;
• Work on Blueprint requirements and back-to-standard initiatives for SAP Localization Brazil;
• Execute SAP parameterization and configurations (Customizing/Settings);
• Provide support to Basis and ABAP teams during the implementation of SAP Notes;
• Conduct unit, integrated tests, and support business/UAT testing;
• Assist stakeholders and key users throughout all project phases;
• Deliver training sessions for key users;
• Participate in Hypercare support and stabilization following go-live;
• Resolve incidents and issues reported by business users;
• Ensure delivery of improvements and upgrades related to SAP;
• Review proposed solutions from the team and recommend enhancements;
• Proactively identify and resolve recurring issues;
• Serve as a functional reference in specific OTC domain processes;
• Collaborate with global and multidisciplinary teams across various regions;
• Undertake additional responsibilities within the area.
• Functional experience with SAP SD;
• Experience with SAP DRC;
• Experience in SAP Upgrade, Implementation, and Rollout projects;
• Experience in SAP Supply Chain focusing on OTC (SD)/LES;
• Participation in at least one complete SAP implementation (full lifecycle);
• Experience with SAP Logistics Execution (LE) and Transportation Management (LE-TRA);
• Familiarity with SAP integrations and other applications;
• Knowledge of SAP Localization Brazil;
• Understanding of NFe;
• Experience in enhancing sales processes;
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Rise;
• Knowledge of SAP Notes;
• Experience in unit, integrated, and UAT testing;
• Experience in Hypercare support and stabilization;
• Ability to work with multiple global teams;
• Capability to meet deadlines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining high quality standards;
• Ability to understand business processes from the client's perspective;
• Knowledge of Sovos, One Source, or Easyway;
• A completed degree is mandatory.
