Consultant Developer – Industry Innovation, Co-Development Group

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design, validate, and implement cutting-edge Guidewire Cloud features in actual customer settings.

• Collaborate closely with clients to gather use cases, requirements, and confirm solutions.

• Assume responsibility for the entire technology stack, encompassing both backend and frontend development.

• Provide constructive feedback to Solution Architects and Product Development for ongoing enhancement.

• Act as a reliable partner for clients throughout their transformation journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in technology consulting, solution development, or P&C insurance delivery.

• Practical experience in full-stack development.

• Familiarity with modern software engineering practices such as CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and packaging.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for engaging both business and technical audiences.

• Proven ability to translate requirements into actionable solution designs and functioning software.

• Capability to balance consulting expertise with technical proficiency.

• Effectively works with minimal guidance from others.

• Inquisitive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
