This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining the iKA systems configurations related to claims, pricing, and benefits.
• Support the testing and validation processes for configuration modifications.
• Document configuration activities and aid in updating system workflows.
• Execute basic test cases and help identify issues during the configuration testing phase.
• Provide support for post-production monitoring and reporting activities.
• Ensure clear and accurate documentation of configuration tasks and decisions is maintained.
• Communicate effectively with team members and escalate issues when necessary.
• Analyze data and assist in troubleshooting configuration-related problems.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to aid in resolving routine issues.
• Collaborate with senior analysts, business teams, and offshore resources.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of solutions.
• Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Assist with audit and documentation efforts as directed.
• An Associate's Degree or some college coursework in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare systems or configuration support is required.
• Familiarity with iKA systems, HealthRules, Facets, AMISYS, or QNXT is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of testing and debugging concepts is expected.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Visio and Agile tools (e.g., JIRA) is advantageous.
