This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

• Oversee project financials, which includes tracking revenue and gross profit, reconciling costs, and updating internal systems.

• Generate and review detailed client invoices, ensuring precision and adherence to agreements to facilitate positive cash flow for projects.

• Reconcile project specifics in line with client/vendor contracts, internal policies, and HCP ToV stipulations.

• Deliver financial and compliance updates to Event Management and Account Managers, pinpointing opportunities to enhance project profitability.

• Execute monthly closing activities, which involve research, follow-up, and thorough analysis of project data.

• Act as a resource for contract compliance, providing guidance to Account Teams, Event Managers, and Sales teams regarding policy requirements.

• Sustain all necessary documentation for GAAP, internal audits, external audits, and client audit requests.

• Assist in improving SOPs, ensure SLAs are fulfilled, and may lead internal projects or provide on-site or remote client support as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Compliance, Business, or a related field with equivalent experience.

• 0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, compliance, project accounting, or similar corporate financial settings.

• Solid understanding of financial practices, project financials, and HCP ToV regulations.

• Proficient in Excel, with the capability to analyze, interpret, and reconcile financial information.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and work independently on moderate to complex projects.
