This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing and managing the mortgage servicing compliance program to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations.
• Act as the main compliance representative for the Company’s servicing operations.
• Handle servicing-related regulatory audits and customer complaints.
• Spearhead organization-wide change management initiatives prompted by regulatory changes.
• Update and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory amendments.
• Bachelor’s Degree directly related to the role or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• A minimum of seven years of experience in mortgage compliance, with at least three years dedicated to loan servicing compliance.
• At least three years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based tools, and third-party software applications.
