This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Architect of the compliance framework: You will continuously enhance our organization’s Compliance Management System, establishing a robust foundation that fosters growth and ensures security.
• Proactive guardian: You ensure that our management can rest easy by identifying risks early, managing them effectively, and sustaining a stable and compliant environment.
• Project manager and coordinator: You maintain an overview of all compliance processes, independently manage projects, and facilitate seamless collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Clear designer: You think systematically, act efficiently, and develop processes that are straightforward, streamlined, and effective.
• Connector: You bridge departments, grasp diverse perspectives, and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable measures.
• Solution-focused partner: You serve as a collaborative partner for executives and colleagues, providing advice on equal footing and working together to identify practical pathways to compliance.
• Learning architect and initiative driver: You design inspiring training sessions that are interactive, practice-oriented, and engaging. You create learning environments where colleagues not only listen but also engage, empathize, and contribute.
• A degree in business law, business administration (BWL), law, or vocational training in a legal context.
• Experience in compliance, preferably within a dynamic medium-sized organization.
• Knowledge of pertinent legal areas and compliance topics (e.g., data protection, anti-corruption, third-party/vendor management, and export controls).
• Strong communication skills, integrity, and a keen understanding of people and processes.
• Proficiency in English (at least B2 level).
• An affinity for digital collaboration tools and modern working methods.
• Experience with digital compliance tools.
• Project management capabilities.
• A keen interest in sustainability issues and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
• Experience conducting internal audits.
