Compliance Executive, 14 Month FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop, assess, and integrate policies;

• Ensure compliance through audits and training initiatives;

• Offer expert advice on regulatory standards;

• Foster a robust culture of compliance throughout Smartest Energy UK;

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners;

• Manage the delivery of mandatory compliance training;

• Assist in fraud management and investigative processes;

• Aid in regulatory reporting and audit activities.

• Background in compliance legislation and policy development;

• Experience in implementing regulatory and compliance frameworks;

• Demonstrated success in fraud investigation methodologies;

• Strong pragmatic approach, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional interpersonal abilities;

• Familiarity with UK laws and regulations.
