• Conducting on-site monitoring of erosion and sediment (E&S) control measures across various construction projects.
• Analyzing and comprehending specifications, permits, and permit conditions, along with E&S control and stormwater management plans.
• Compiling and reviewing periodic monitoring reports based on field observations.
• Aiding in the development of environmental reports, permit applications, and closeout documentation.
• A minimum of an Associate's (A.S.) degree from an accredited institution with a focus on engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
• Two to four years of proven experience in environmental field monitoring.
• Familiarity with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) regulations and permitting is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with technical writing proficiency.
• Capability to use electronic location devices, such as GPS or GPS-enabled tools, to gather data linked to project locations.
• Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel, and MS Office applications, with knowledge of report generation, database management, and form completion.
