Compliance Business Technical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Assess LCGA operational workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies

• Employ established methodologies, continuous improvement frameworks, and industry-leading best practices

• Coordinate workshops with stakeholders to capture current processes

• Develop and maintain workflow documentation outlining both the current and proposed states

• Identify and prioritize high-impact initiatives for improvement

• Supervise the maintenance and optimization of LCGA’s business process systems

• Collect, analyze, and document system requirements

• Conduct thorough testing of system configurations

• Provide technical support for underlying business requirements stemming from ambiguous requests

• Diagnose, investigate, and resolve issues in production and testing environments

• Lead or assist with LCGA-focused improvement projects

• Perform post-implementation reviews to evaluate project outcomes
