This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Meticulously review, organize, and validate all documents related to DCA requirements (e.g., contractor submissions, project exhibits, compliance attestations, supporting records).
• Conduct thorough checks for completeness and accuracy (signatures, dates, entity names, required attachments, math/totals, and consistency across source documents).
• Document findings, discrepancies, and missing items; issue clear deficiency notices and corrective action requests with necessary due dates and supporting details.
• Provide periodic status updates to management (open items, risk areas, aging, and trends) and suggest remediation steps to ensure DCA compliance.
• Enter and reconcile DCA document review outcomes in designated systems (e.g., trackers, dashboards, LPC Tracker if applicable); implement quality controls to maintain data integrity and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in compliance, audit support, document control, contract administration, or similar roles that involve detailed review and validation of supporting documentation.
• Familiarity with procurement and supply chain documentation (e.g., purchase orders, invoices, bills of materials, manufacturer certifications, and origin/traceability records).
• Proficiency in Excel and document management tools (e.g., SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive) and adeptness in maintaining trackers, version control, and dashboards.
