
Compliance Analyst β Policy, Process, and Procedure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
β’ Create, document, and uphold policies, procedures, and process narratives that support compliance with government contracting.
β’ Ensure conformity with DFARS business system requirements (such as Accounting, Purchasing, Estimating, MMAS).
β’ Assess internal processes and controls to ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other regulatory guidelines.
β’ Assist with DCAA/DCMA audits and business system evaluations, including documentation, walkthroughs, and corrective actions.
β’ Perform internal compliance evaluations and gap analyses; monitor remediation activities.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders in Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, and Program Management to guarantee consistent execution of processes.
β’ Lead or assist in process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency while ensuring compliance.
β’ Manage documentation repositories, ensuring version control and readiness for audits.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or relevant professional experience.
β’ Over 6 years of experience in government contracting compliance, business systems, or internal controls.
β’ In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and DFARS Business System regulations.
β’ Experience in supporting DCAA/DCMA audits or Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR).
β’ Proven experience in developing and documenting policies, procedures, and process flows.
β’ Strong grasp of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO).
β’ Exceptional analytical, documentation, and communication abilities.
