Compliance Analyst – Compliance Program Administration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assists in the implementation and daily management of Centene’s Ethics & Compliance Program.

• Offers well-structured operational, communication, documentation, and coordination support across governance operations.

• Ensures that Compliance activities are carried out consistently, communicated effectively, and backed by precise, audit-ready documentation.

• Provides operational and coordination assistance for Compliance-related projects and change initiatives.

• Aids change management efforts by organizing communications, materials, reference resources, and training logistics.

• Composes, organizes, and disseminates clear, accurate, and timely Compliance communications.

• Maintains organized and precise Compliance documentation, templates, trackers, and repositories.

• Cultivates effective working relationships with Compliance team members and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Aids in identifying, analyzing, and resolving compliance issues.

• Conducts periodic compliance audits, risk assessments, and related ongoing compliance monitoring activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Master’s or Juris Doctorate degree preferred and may be accepted in place of experience.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in compliance, privacy, and/or regulatory affairs.

• Familiarity with laws and/or regulations related to compliance, particularly HIPAA and state regulations.

• Experience in a managed care or healthcare organization is highly preferred.
