This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Carrying out KYC and due diligence assessments on customers, suppliers, and third parties

• Conduct sanctions screening and assist in investigations of potential matches

• Evaluate high-risk transactions, ensuring appropriate controls and escalation procedures are in place

• Keep precise records of compliance checks, decisions, and investigative actions

• Assist with anti-bribery & corruption, sanctions, and data protection initiatives

• Help with reviews of gifts and hospitality as well as maintain conflict of interest registers

• Track regulatory updates (UK, EU, OFAC, UN) and aid in compliance alignment

• Manage compliance databases and ensure documentation is audit-ready

• Provide operational assistance (reporting, presentations, mailbox management, meeting coordination)

• Aid in internal investigations, research efforts, and continuous improvement projects

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders across Legal, Risk, and Operations teams

• Over 3 years of experience in a compliance, legal, or administrative capacity

• Practical experience with:

• KYC and due diligence procedures

• Sanctions screening

• Reviews of high-risk transactions

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities

• Capability to manage several priorities and work independently

• Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / MS365 / SharePoint

• Experience in a regulated or global setting (Desirable)

• Understanding of GDPR and broader compliance frameworks (Desirable)

• Previous experience supporting Legal or Compliance teams (Desirable)
