• Support all compliance matters associated with the onboarding of new clients.
• Responsible for the regular updating of client KYC information.
• Aid in transaction monitoring and/or investigations conducted by the Compliance team.
• Assist in the screening of platform users against international watchlists for sanctions compliance.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in operations related to financial crimes compliance.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Experience in Compliance Back-Office Operations, familiarity with organizational formation structures, and knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and other regulations are essential.
• Solid understanding of organizational structures of entities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; a global collaborator with strong communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the capability to perform tasks within a small, agile team.
• Ability to appropriately escalate issues and, upon resolution, manage and execute workload independently to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities, which may occasionally conflict.
• Previous or current experience with platforms such as LexisNexis, Sift, Unit 21, and Dotfile is advantageous.
