Compliance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and evaluate adherence to internal policies and external regulations pertaining to the gaming sector.

• Perform regular audits to identify compliance risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.

• Create and sustain comprehensive documentation of compliance activities and outcomes for internal reference and regulatory review.

• Work in partnership with various departments to ensure alignment with relevant laws and best practices.

• Keep updated on changes in laws and regulations impacting the gaming industry and revise policies as necessary.

• Assist during regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring that all requested information is promptly accessible.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, law, or a related discipline (or currently pursuing).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a comparable role, ideally within the gaming and betting industry.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to gambling and casino operations.

• Exceptional analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and a talent for spotting inconsistencies.

• Proficient in compliance management software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of building relationships at all organizational levels.

• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
