This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Administer compensation programs and policies autonomously, including base salary, incentives, and equity, while emphasizing operational excellence and ongoing improvement.
• Perform market pricing and benchmarking analyses utilizing both internal and external data sources; deliver strategic recommendations to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of the annual compensation planning cycle, which includes merit, bonuses, and equity adjustments.
• Create and present compensation reports, dashboards, and insights to aid People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders in making well-informed decisions.
• Offer compensation advice to business partners regarding job offers, promotions, internal transitions, and pay program design.
• Sustain and enhance job architecture frameworks, ensuring the alignment of job levels, titles, and market benchmarks across various functions and regions.
• Engage in and help interpret compensation surveys; identify trends and recommend enhancements to processes or policies to improve compensation practices.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve intricate compensation issues that may necessitate explanation, interpretation, or negotiation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in compensation or HR, demonstrating a progression in responsibility and scope.
• Strong knowledge of market pricing methodologies, compensation tools, and HRIS systems (preferably Workday).
• Proven capability to independently manage moderately complex projects and assignments.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Effective communication and influencing abilities, including the capacity to convey compensation concepts to various teams.
• Strong focus on detail, accuracy, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
