This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead the implementation, calculation, and distribution of monthly and quarterly variable compensation payouts across various international teams.
• Support the field organization by addressing intricate compensation inquiries with a customer-focused and supportive approach.
• Manage evolving incentive modifications, including the execution of strategic SPIFF plans authorized by leadership.
• Supervise the compensation management platform, ensuring the utmost accuracy of data tables, reporting metrics, and calculation logic.
• Collaborate directly with leadership and internal audit teams to deliver current performance metrics and uphold compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in managing or assisting with variable compensation and incentive-driven plans, ideally in a fast-paced technology sector.
• Advanced skills in handling large datasets with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines while managing requests both laterally and upwards.
• Exceptional and inclusive communication skills suitable for engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Experience with specialized incentive compensation management platforms, with a strong preference for Everstage.
• Knowledge of major CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
