Commercial Loan Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manages loan closings in collaboration with title companies and real estate firms

• Ensures that documents received from relevant agencies are accurate and complete

• Possesses a deep understanding of loan documentation, credit policies, and banking regulations

• Oversees the preparation of necessary loan documentation

• Maintains effective file management to address exceptions

• Collaborates closely with bankers, lenders, and portfolio managers to gather financial data

• Monitors reports including overdue loans

• Evaluates all loan packages to ensure proper approval authority and documentation

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial lending is required

• Capacity to build and sustain positive working relationships

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong dedication to customer service

• Ability to perform efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines

• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

• Proficient in computer and technology-related tasks

• Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
