This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Gather, cleanse, and organize datasets from clinic systems, marketing platforms, and internal reporting tools.
• Create and uphold structured datasets for commercial analysis purposes.
• Ensure the consistency and precision of key performance metrics across various clinics.
• Examine patient behavior, visit frequency, treatment adoption, and revenue trends.
• Assist in analyses focused on patient retention, lifetime value, and treatment pathways.
• Identify factors influencing clinic performance and pinpoint opportunities for revenue enhancement.
• Analyze metrics related to marketing and sales funnels, including leads, consultations booked, consultation close rates, and new patient conversion.
• Assess the performance of marketing channels and discover opportunities to boost new patient acquisition.
• Collaborate with marketing and clinic teams to identify operational or marketing factors affecting funnel performance.
• Create and manage dashboards in Power BI to monitor key performance metrics across clinics.
• Develop Excel-based analytical tools and models utilized for assessing clinic performance.
• Convert complex data into clear visualizations and summaries for leadership, suitable for ad hoc reporting, monthly operating reports, and quarterly board meetings.
• Oversee multiple analytical projects concurrently, ensuring that analyses are delivered accurately and punctually.
• Work closely with the VP of Growth to define analytical questions, establish project timelines, and monitor progress.
• Transform broad business inquiries into organized analytical plans and milestones.
• Proactively manage priorities and follow up on data requests or dependencies across various teams.
• Ensure that analytical work is well-documented and organized to facilitate efficient repetition or updates of analyses.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to support analytical projects.
• Partner with finance, operations, and IT departments to access new data sources.
• Collaborate with leadership to explore trends and validate growth hypotheses.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related analytical discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a comparable role.
• Strong expertise in Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation).
• Experience in creating dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
