This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Compliance Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our commercial clients.
• This role entails reviewing certificates of insurance and endorsements to ensure they are complete, accurate, and meet contract stipulations.
• You will perform scheduled reviews of client accounts, offer guidance on our systems and technology, and manage the provision of policy coverage verifications and cancellations to insurance agents.
• An analytical approach is essential: prioritizing precision and enhancing the experience for both agents and clients is vital.
• A background in commercial insurance is essential (including General Liability, Umbrella, Worker's Compensation, etc.).
• 3-5 years of experience in a commercial insurance compliance-focused role.
• Experience with remote work is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of General Liability, Umbrella, Workers Compensation, and other business insurance policies is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and utilize time efficiently.
• A genuine passion for customer service is essential.
• Proven skills in problem resolution.
• Capacity for making quick and effective decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
