Commercial General Liability Claims Representative – Pre-Suit Bodily Injury

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees a dynamic portfolio of general liability bodily injury claims related to business owner policies.

• Evaluates coverage matters under the Business Owners coverage form, garagekeepers, hired non-owned auto, auto services, and other standard industry forms.

• Assesses, investigates, and reviews new loss notifications and claim submissions.

• Swiftly analyzes and positions claims under the relevant coverage.

• Collaborates in establishing reserves at the appropriate levels for claims.

• Employs sound judgment when managing allocated loss adjustment expenses (ALAE) during claim investigations.

• Diligently documents claim files in accordance with set guidelines.

• Acquires and maintains adjuster licenses as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is mandatory.

• CPCU or other industry designations are advantageous.

• State adjuster licenses are a plus.

• A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in general liability claims adjusting is preferred.

• Experience handling bodily injury claims is essential for this position.
