• Demonstrated experience in a commercial finance role

• At least 10 years of experience in a finance position within a multinational or regional organization

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving capabilities

• Proven track record in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis

• Exceptional leadership and people management skills

• Strong communication and presentation abilities

• Proficient in financial software tools (e.g., One Stream, Hyperion, SAP, Power BI)

• Advanced skills in Excel

• Fluent in English (both verbal and written communication skills are essential)
