Commercial Development Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and manage the onboarding process for the sales team; prepare reports for leadership.

• Execute AI-driven initiatives aimed at enhancing sales training and enablement for the sales team.

• Strategize, create, and deliver training sessions for sales teams.

• Craft the onboarding and development pathways for sales consultants and sales managers.

• Oversee the progress of sales teams and devise strategies to optimize outcomes through training, knowledge management, onboarding, support materials, and microlearning modules.

• Work in conjunction with EMME's capability team to develop engaging content.

• Assist in organizing live sessions for the sales team and ensure effective information dissemination.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in analyzing sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Strong knowledge of market analysis and sales strategies.

• Capability to create training programs and methods to enhance sales performance.

• Proactive and assertive communicator, resilient, with a focus on data and results.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
