This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Conduct audits to verify adherence to Training, Facility, Repair Procedures, and Tool / Equipment standards.
• Record findings, develop an action plan for improvements, and collaborate with centers on mutually agreed next steps to achieve certification.
• Provide standup training to personnel at collision centers and dealerships on various topics related to collision and safety.
• Background in the collision center and/or mechanical service center field; experience in collision center management; independent insurance appraisals; or a strong understanding of automotive collision, parts, and service operations.
• Experience in delivering stand-up or onsite training is a significant PLUS+.
• Technical knowledge or education in automotive subjects.
• Exceptional accuracy in both verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications.
• High degree of empathy with the capability to engage with individuals at all levels within a collision center or dealership.
• Excellent self-management skills and motivation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical capabilities.
• Relevant professional experience along with robust social/interpersonal skills.
• As this role is classified as an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR position initially, benefits are not provided.
