This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Conduct audits to verify adherence to Training, Facility, Repair Procedures, and Tool / Equipment standards.
• Record findings, develop a plan for improvement, and collaborate with centers on mutually agreed next steps for achieving certification.
• Provide stand-up training to collision center and dealership staff on various collision and safety-related topics.
• Background in the collision center and/or mechanical service center industry; experience in collision center management; independent insurance appraisals; or a solid understanding of automotive collision, parts, and service operations.
• Experience in delivering stand-up or onsite training is a definite PLUS+.
• Technical automotive knowledge or education is preferred.
• Exceptional accuracy in both verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications.
• High level of empathy with the capability to engage with individuals at all levels within a collision center or dealership.
• Excellent self-management skills and intrinsic motivation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Relevant professional experience complemented by robust social/interpersonal skills.
• Since this role is an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR position initially, benefits are not provided.
