This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Establish the direction of the venture and oversee its implementation.
β’ Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing structure, and product positioning.
β’ Lead pilot programs in collaboration with compliance and revenue cycle leaders, transition them into paid engagements, and develop the go-to-market strategy.
β’ Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to deliver Version 1 and iterate based on user feedback.
β’ Spearhead the seed funding initiative, leveraging FutureSight's network and traction.
β’ Recruit and guide the founding team while laying the cultural groundwork for the company.
β’ Prior experience as a founder in a venture-backed organization.
β’ Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement.
β’ Proficiency in fundraising, with the ability to craft compelling investor narratives and secure capital.
β’ Demonstrated capability to attract, nurture, and retain exceptional talent.
β’ Realistic awareness of the risks and challenges associated with co-founding a venture-backed business.
β’ RCM Domain & Workflow Depth: Extensive operational experience in healthcare revenue cycles, medical billing, or denial management. A deep understanding of the differences between clinical/coding denials and administrative obstacles is essential. Familiarity with the fragmented landscape of smaller EHR/PM systems and the "band-aid" tech solutions used by billers is required.
