Co-Founder, CEO – HealthTech, AI Clinical Documentation Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Establish the direction of the venture and oversee its implementation.

• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing structure, and product positioning.

• Lead pilot programs in collaboration with compliance and revenue cycle leaders, transition them into paid engagements, and develop the go-to-market strategy.

• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to deliver Version 1 and iterate based on user feedback.

• Spearhead the seed funding initiative, leveraging FutureSight's network and traction.

• Recruit and guide the founding team while laying the cultural groundwork for the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a founder in a venture-backed organization.

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement.

• Proficiency in fundraising, with the ability to craft compelling investor narratives and secure capital.

• Demonstrated capability to attract, nurture, and retain exceptional talent.

• Realistic awareness of the risks and challenges associated with co-founding a venture-backed business.

• RCM Domain & Workflow Depth: Extensive operational experience in healthcare revenue cycles, medical billing, or denial management. A deep understanding of the differences between clinical/coding denials and administrative obstacles is essential. Familiarity with the fragmented landscape of smaller EHR/PM systems and the "band-aid" tech solutions used by billers is required.
