This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Develops system architecture.

• Thinks strategically, plans roadmaps while maintaining a pragmatic approach to execution.

• Collaborates with clients (including travel opportunities).

• Builds and maintains relationships with the business, acting as a trusted advisor with expertise.

• Translates complex technical issues into clearly communicated business value.

• Works in collaboration with the development team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT, including at least 1 year in a solutions architect role - must have.

• Possesses extensive knowledge of .NET.

• Has knowledge related to application and system architecture.

• Experience with Azure cloud services.

• Proficient in English at a C1 level.

• Demonstrates a high level of business awareness.

• Capable of showcasing strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

• Open to business trips and client delegations.

• Regularly utilizes at least one AI tool in development work (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar).

• Open to AI-assisted software development processes.

• Exhibits a high level of responsibility, ownership, and resilience in a complex, demanding environment.
