This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• A natural problem-solver, passionate about uncovering the core issues in customer business processes and implementing strategies to prevent their recurrence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Windows OS, Active Directory, SQL Server, PowerShell, SMTP, IIS, and FTP/SMTP.

• Eagerness to learn: We are constantly seeking ways to enhance and innovate, and we desire team members who share this vision. We welcome individuals who are enthusiastic about learning new technologies and methodologies and are excited to develop their skills.

• Resourcefulness: As a Cloud Operations professional, you must possess the ability to quickly and efficiently find information and implement solutions. We seek individuals who can think critically and creatively to identify optimal solutions.

• Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of MS Windows Server monitoring and maintenance is required, along with experience in automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell, JSON, or other scripting languages. Familiarity with network infrastructure, the Microsoft Azure platform, and SQL Server is a plus.

• Communication abilities: Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial. We value team members who can effectively collaborate and clearly convey technical information.
