Cloud Integration Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Identifying and requesting client requirements for the timely deployment of products.

• Deploying the components that make up Whitestack's solutions/products.

• Conducting testing of components in virtualized environments.

• Performing validation tests and post-deployment troubleshooting.

• Collaborating on GitOps workflows, focusing on automation and best engineering practices.

• Creating and updating documentation related to the project's infrastructure.

• Analyzing and resolving potential issues that may arise during the deployment of components.

• Channeling client requests regarding product functionalities to the appropriate internal departments.

• Contributing to product improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of demonstrated experience in Cloud Engineering.

• Experience in deploying, integrating, and troubleshooting open-source cloud technologies (Openstack, Kubernetes, etc.).

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• Experience in Linux network configuration (Interfaces/VLAN, IPTables, routing, bonding, etc.).

• Preferable experience working with or for telecommunications operators.

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
