Clinician Liaison – Overnight, Full Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison for clinicians, fostering trust and promptly addressing their needs while leveraging internal resources as necessary.

• Act as the key coordinator for newly onboarded clinicians by overseeing internal requirements across various departments and client expectations.

• Conduct welcome calls for clinicians.

• Ensure clinicians are properly integrated into internal systems.

• Collaborate with internal teams responsible for credentialing, licensing, and privileging (CLP).

• Guarantee clinicians receive adequate training and information on all systems and processes essential for their roles.

• Keep essential clinician data updated, including privileging profiles, work status, contract type, Pod assignments, demographics, and tracking expiration for CLP, EMR access, DEA/CDS, and other mandates.

• Maintain necessary information to support clinicians during their shifts, including EMR access and client-specific workflows.

• Proactively inform about upcoming changes such as new sites, workflows, announcements, and policies.

• Assist clinicians with technical requirements like EMR access, cart technology, and internal software, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

• Oversee clinician compliance regarding signed orders, consult notes, and mandatory documentation.

• Distribute clinician dashboards, roadmaps, and reports as necessary.

• Organize and lead meetings, prepare materials and minutes, and monitor action items.

• Assist with go-lives at new sites.

• Manage the clinician offboarding process.

• Perform other assigned duties.


⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred; relevant professional experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare is required.

• Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and time management capabilities.

• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team.

• Capacity to establish and nurture strong professional relationships.

• Flexible, responsive, and adaptable.

• Ability to excel in a high-growth, fast-paced, fully remote environment.

• Capability to remain stationary for 50% of the time.

• Must be available to work a consistent Overnight Schedule (6:00 PM–2:00 AM CST).

• Must be willing to participate in a weekend on-call rotation schedule.
