Clinical Trial Manager – Study Start Up

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of clinical trial management activities, assisting your team in achieving high-quality outcomes.

• Coordinate and manage all facets of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality benchmarks.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with trial investigators and key stakeholders.

• Ensure that all trials are carried out in accordance with local, national, and international regulations and ethical standards.

• Address challenges and make essential decisions related to trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, science, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Proven ability to drive the clinical deliverables of a study.

• Expertise in the specified therapeutic area.

• Prior monitoring experience is preferred.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).
