Clinical Trial Manager, LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the planning, implementation, and supervision of clinical studies

• Develop recruitment strategies at the country level

• Oversee feasibility assessments and site initiation

• Direct monitoring and quality assurance strategies

• Provide mentorship to CRAs and partners as we expand a new regional team

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a science or health-related discipline (advanced degree is preferred)

• At least 7 years of experience in clinical research or demonstrable competencies

• Professional proficiency in English
