Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Responsible for managing and delivering the clinical aspects of a trial, including site selection, start-up, enrollment management, site engagement and support, monitoring planning and execution, data cleaning activities, and close-out.

• Ensure successful execution of assigned trials while guaranteeing the completion of trial deliverables.

• Facilitate appropriate communication, regulatory documentation, and ongoing oversight of assigned trials by collaborating closely with other functional team members.

• Provide mentoring and training to team members.

• Identify potential challenges to study timelines and deliverables, offering innovative action plans to the team and sponsor.

• Lead Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) in establishing relationships with sites for high-quality oversight of monitoring, regulatory, investigational product (IP), site payment, and overall site correspondence activities.

• Maintain the team's focus on study priorities through effective cross-functional partnerships and communication to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a science or health-related field, with specific experience in oncology.

• Proven experience in leading the clinical components of studies across multiple countries within a CRO, Pharma, or Biotech company, specifically in a dedicated 'clinical lead' role.

• Extensive clinical trial management experience in the field of oncology.

• Solid understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines, along with the clinical development process.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
